    Community Connect Regina is a collaboration between Regina community-based organizations committed to reducing barriers that hinder access to crucial services, as well as reducing lengthy wait times that make it difficult to access essential mental health and community support resources..

  • Who can access Community Connect Regina's services?

    Community Connect Regina is for children, youth, parents, families and caregivers who access services in Regina.  


    Our counselling services prioritize individuals who lack access to workplace benefits, live on a fixed or limited income, and typically experience long wait times for publicly funded services.  



  • Can I request service for a family member or loved one?

    We understand that you value the well-being of your family and loved ones. Please ensure that they are aware of the services being offered and agree to attend prior to booking on their behalf.    

  • Do I need a physician or healthcare provider to refer me?

    No, you can refer yourself for any of the services on Community Connect Regina.

  • What happens after I request a service?

    If you have requested an in-person service, please arrive at the designated address at the scheduled time. 


    For online services, you will recieve a link to the virtual platform at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
