Providing free mental health services in Regina Saskatchewan; assisting others to improve their emotional being, mental, spiritual and physical health. Speak one-on-one with our friendly, qualified counsellors during one of our Counselling services. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes.

Provide client-centered and trauma informed support services to families in Regina Saskatchewan. Our strengths based in-home services for families are focused on family cohesion and preservation through the development of parenting skills, reducing isolation, minimizing barriers, and connecting with community resources.

Social activity
Provides parents a safe space to engage in activities with their children and other families. Our program allows families to spend quality time together, while engaging in educational activities and having fun! Our programming is free. It usually takes place once a week during the daytime and is held either at our office or out in the community.
