Rapid Access Counselling

Individual/ Family Counselling

Providing free mental health services in Regina Saskatchewan; assisting others to improve their emotional being, mental, spiritual and physical health. Speak one-on-one with our friendly, qualified counsellors during one of our Counselling services. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes.

Care Coordination

Young Parent Support Workers are available for support of any kind. They're able to provide support for many aspects of life as a parent, such as taxes, securing housing, childcare, attending school, etc.

If they don't have what you need, they might be able to point you in the right direction.

Library Outreach Workers assist individuals and families in accessing the services and resources they need to improve their quality of life. They serve as a guide in connecting people with social services, healthcare, housing, education and other resources in the community.

Counselling can help families navigate a variety of challenges such as behavioural concerns, family conflicts, trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. The goal of counselling is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for children, youth and caregivers to express themselves, explore their feelings, and work towards positive change.

Counselling for Those Impacted by Suicide

INDIVIDUAL/ FAMILY COUNSELLING

This counselling service provides supports and resources for individuals in the aftermath of a suicide or suicide attempt to support the healing process, alleviate grief and distress and address the potential risk of suicide among those profoundly affected by the event.
